This tea harvest is picked in June, just before monsoon season. It strikes a unique balance of a light black tea with body, strength, and smoothness. Great for a simple cup of hot or iced black tea.
Brewing: Use 1/2 Tbsp of tea leaves per cup. 8oz water at 190°F. Steep for 3 minutes
