Refreshing minty green tea, with nourishing qualities. Vibrant spearmint & peppermint combine with nutritious nettle, Sencha green tea and Eleuthro adaptogen to gently stimulate your mind, body & spirit.  

  • Crafted with Organic: Sencha green tea, peppermint, spearmint, nettle, lemongrass, eleuthro. 
  • Contains caffeine
  • Flavor: Bright and minty, green & slightly grassy. 
  • Brewing: Use 1-2 tsp. to infuse one cup. Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and let steep 3-5 minutes. Strain and sweetened if desired.
  • Size: 2 oz compostable pouches brew 15-20 servings. Samples brew 4 servings.

Best minty morning tea

This tea is perfect in every way. It wakes me up, refreshes and rejuvenates my body, and gets me through my entire day. I tend to want to eat a ton of sugary and full of calorie foods in the morning and this tea curbs my cravings for sweets. This is my number one go to tea to wake me up and keep me going. Caffine makes me jittery but I dont get the jitters with this tea. It is perfect.
