Mao Feng Single Origin Green Tea
Mao ("hairy" or 'fur") Feng ("peak" or "point") has been growing in the Anhui Province of China for more than 300 years. It's made using traditional processing methods devised in the late Qing Dynasty.
Plucked in early Spring, and consisting of only one leaf and a bud, the leaves are then withered, pan fired, and finally finished over hardwood charcoal. This process imparts some amazing and complex flavors that we know you'll enjoy discovering!
